Little Lessons on how to tie shoes and wash hands are part of children's programming on MPTV which began in early November 1995.

Little LessonsThe new educational spots teach small children good health and safety habits along with basic skills needed for school. The lessons run for one to two minutes and air between the children's programs scheduled on MPTV. The station has a total of more than nine hours of children's programming each day, Monday through Friday.

Subjects include brushing teeth, making lunch, crossing the street and other daily living skills important to young viewers. Each spot shows children learning and practicing the featured topic.
